Elaine handled the sale of the home my sister and I owned in which our elderly parents lived. She guided us through both the remodel process and the overall sale process, which was critical since we were both remote. We never could have pulled off the remodel without her help. Most importantly, she helped us arrive at a strong but reasonable asking price, and advised us to stand firm through a slow period of sales activity. It all paid off and her advice was spot on, as we got our asking price and the sale went through smoothly. Elaine Certa-Morrison is without question the best realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is fair, honest, extremely hard-working and unbelievably knowledgeable. I live approximately 1.5 hours from the property she was helping us sell and Elaine didn’t hesitate to offer her own time to meet a variety of contractors when upgrades to the house were taking place. Another time, when I was unable to make the trip to Toms River, Elaine readily offered to meet the fire inspector in my stead. Additionally, I never had to wait for her to call me back….if I had a question or concern, Elaine either answered her phone on the first ring or called me back almost immediately. She is someone that you don’t have to chase for a response. How refreshing is that? I don’t know many realtors (if any) who go so completely above & beyond for their clients.
