Elaine Certa-Morrison is without question the best realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is fair, honest, extremely hard-working and unbelievably knowledgeable. I live approximately 1.5 hours from the property she was helping us sell and Elaine didn’t hesitate to offer her own time to meet a variety of contractors when upgrades to the house were taking place. Another time, when I was unable to make the trip to Toms River, Elaine readily offered to meet the fire inspector in my stead. Additionally, I never had to wait for her to call me back….if I had a question or concern, Elaine either answered her phone on the first ring or called me back almost immediately. She is someone that you don’t have to chase for a response. How refreshing is that? I don’t know many realtors (if any) who go so completely above & beyond for their clients. Well, Elaine certainly does! I’ll close my review by saying that if you are buying or selling a home in Elaine’s area you would be wise to enlist her as your realtor.
